2.4 Accurate Registration Information You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to promptly update that information if it changes. pd77 reserves the right to verify all registration details and to request supporting documentation at any time, including valid government-issued photo identification.
Age Verification: pd77 conducts age and identity verification as part of the KYC process. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an individual who is 21 years of age or older will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed if verification fails.
3.1 Account Security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pd77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your account security settings. You agree to notify pd77 immediately — via live chat support — if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Account Responsibility All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. pd77 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials or failed to notify pd77 in a timely manner of a suspected breach.

4.2 Minimum Deposit The minimum deposit on the pd77 Platform is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit amounts are determined by the applicable payment method and your account verification status. Deposits by cryptocurrency are denominated and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
4.3 Deposit Ownership All funds deposited to your pd77 account must be your own, held in your own name in an account or wallet registered in your name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or from a payment method not registered in your name is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
4.4 No Credit Facility pd77 does not extend credit to players. 5.4 Withdrawal Holds pd77 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request for the purpose of fraud detection, identity verification, bonus wagering compliance review, or as required by applicable law. All content on the pd77 Platform — including but not limited to the pd77 name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of pd77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. 13.1 Termination by You You may close your pd77 account at any time by contacting pd77 support via live chat. 13.3 Effect of Termination Upon account closure, your license to use the Platform terminates immediately. You may not create a new pd77 account if your previous account was closed for cause. All outstanding bonus balances are forfeited upon termination for cause.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pd77 Platform shall first be submitted to pd77's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
pd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the pd77 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
